COMMISSION TOS

A. PRICING

  1. Price list can be altered in the future (up/down).

  2. My price is not low, but I believe it's not too high either. And it's totally worth it, that I can be sure. Therefore, please kindly don't question my price or haggle when I give you the price of your commission. The price I give you is how much effort I think I would spend working on your piece. If you can't afford it, I totally understand and won't bear any hard feelings against it.

  3. Any act of price shaming or harassing would lead to a block and blacklist.

B. PAYMENTS

  1. Payment is in advance.

  2. I will send you an invoice for payment after we reach an agreement on the price and such.

  3. If you are using payment plans: The extra fee for payment plans would be +$5 for every later installment. I will add you to the 'Partially Paid' section in my working list after you send the first installment, and update your commission's status each time you send a next installment. I will move you to my working list once you have sent all the payments.

  4. IMPORTANT : When you pay the invoice, please make sure to choose No Shipping Needed.

C. CANCEL / REFUND

  1. Only applied on Normal Commissions. Not available for Special Commissions.

  2. You can cancel a commission at anytime IF, and only if I haven't started working on the commission.

  3. Do not issue a charge back.

  4. I will not use the Refund button to refund you, because Paypal will take a certain amount of fee from me this way, but I will send you the amount I received. You will have to cover the Paypal fee for this transaction.

  5. Strictly no refund is available after I have started working on the commission.

D. MY DUTIES AND RIGHTS

  1. I promise to do my best as an artist on your piece of commission according to the information you give me.

  2. I take my pride in my works, so there will be no half-assing nor rushing the quality.

  3. If there is a deadline, I will do my best to follow it. If there is any reason I cannot, I will let you know asap.

  4. I will ask you for confirmation on anything I am unclear of before/during working on the commission, so that I can draw your character the closet to your imagination.

  5. I have the right to decline a commission that I don't feel wanting to do/ not being able to do.

  6. I have the right to ask you for extra fees if there is anything arise differently from our initial agreements.

  7. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time, if I feel our opinions are not on the same wavelengths and we cannot reach a new agreement. If that happens when I have already worked on the commission, I will only refund you partially, based on how much I have worked on it.

  8. As long as it's not agreed otherwise between you and me, I have the right to use the commission work however I want, with proper credits given to you when needed.

E. YOUR DUTIES AND RIGHTS

  1. You need to make sure to give me all the information I will need to draw your character(s). However, please avoid sending too much irrelevant information (information that has nothing to do with the commission's concept) to avoid information noise, I will ask you if I need anything, so don't worry.

  2. You need to tell me when you send the payment(s) so that I can check and confirm with you and add you to my working list.

  3. Please be patient with me, as much as possible.

  4. For non-commercial commissions: You may not make profits from the artwork in any way.

  5. You may not edit/change the finished drawing in any way without my permission. You can however, ask me for the permission and I can consider it.

  6. You can repost the finished picture to your gallery/sites, but you have to use a resized and watermarked version (this is mainly to protect you), and give me my proper credits.

  7. You can note me anytime for an update on the commission's status/wips, or if you have any question.

F. PREVIEWS AND CHANGES

  1. For designing commissions:

  • You will receive a preview for confirmation at each core step (sketch, line, base color, etc.)

  • You will have up to 2 times to have me fix/notice details before I continue to the next step.

  • I won't be able to return to a previously agreed step to fix, so please be as decisive as possible.

  • In case I have to return to a previously agreed step to fix, I will ask for a certain extra amount of fee, depending on how much I have to fix it.

   2. For non-designing commissions:

  • You by default receive no preview for changes/adjustments. So please make sure your order has all the information you want to give me.

  • If I am unclear about something while working on your piece, I myself will send you a preview for confirmation. But you can only have me change it one time if there is something wrong/missing.

G. TURN-AROUND TIME

  1. For rushed orders: Your commission will be put in the top of my to do list, and have the priority to be finished first. Rushed orders will be worked on a 1st come 1st serve basis. The estimated working time is at most 3 weeks - 1 month on a rushed order, one after another. There will be cases a rushed order takes longer than that, if it's a giant one. But you can follow my working list and know when your turn should be.

  2. For non-rushed orders:

  • You MAY have to wait very long because I am quite busy with real life, and I have some other plans/works I want/have to do. So make sure you commission me knowing this.

  • I will do my best to work on a 1st come 1st serve basis. But if your commission is very simple, I might push it to the front. More complicated commissions tend to be delayed, mainly because I want to spend more quality time on them. (I believe I do improve with time, so I want to save the best for last.)

H. CAN DO

  1. I can draw a character based on pure descriptions, without any reference. (Many of my commissioners are writers.) But in that case please give me a description as detailed as possible. If I need any other info, I will certainly ask. Please remember Designing Fees will be charged in this case.

  2. I can design new outfits, hairstyles, etc.for your character if you want me to. Designing fees will also be charged in this case.

  3. My comfort zone is not really limited. I can draw:

  • BL, GL, NL, etc. (all kinds of love and couples - or triples - is fine to me, no discrimination)

  • OCs, fan OCs, fictional characters (anime, game, novel etc.), real people (in my style)

  • NSFW, yaoi, yuri, light fetish, gore, blood (but not too much)

  • mecha, animals, furries (will be better with visual references)

  • group shot (many characters in one picture)

  • If you are not sure if your idea is within my range, you can always note me for a confirmation.

I. WON'T DO

  1. I won't mimic another artist's style that is considered unique. You are commissioning me for my arts, in my own styles. I can, however, adjust my styles to fit certain standards. So don't hesitate to ask me about this.

  2. I won't draw some certain kinds of NSFW art if I think it's too much for me to handle. (I have too little blood to lose more.)

  3. I strictly won't post NSFW or fetish arts to any of my galleries. I will only send you the file.

  4. I won't tolerate any kind of price shaming, complaining or haggling. If I want to give you a discount, I will do it out of my own will.

  5. I won't work for mere advertisement from your side. Not even if you are very very popular. No.

J. OTHERS

  1. I don't post all my commission works to my galleries. There is no deep reason behind this. I just don't want to spam my watchers too much. If you'd like me to post your piece, feel free to ask me.

  2. I would highly appreciate if you reply me with a message/note after receiving the finished artwork. I'd love to hear what you think about it, and I would be extremely happy if you like the result.
